Untapped Innovation
Sally Kemkers is a former P&G executive and co-founder of Untapped Innovation who bridges the gap between R&D science and human insight to help global FMCG brands build commercially successful products.
Sally Kemkers is a Partner and Co-Founder at Untapped Innovation, an award-winning consultancy helping major global FMCG brands like Kellogg's, Nivea, and Estée Lauder develop better products. With over 30 years of experience—including 17 years at Procter & Gamble across the UK, Germany, Japan, and Dubai—Sally is fluent in both the language of science and business. A chemist by training, she specializes in bridging the critical silo between R&D and marketing, using deep human insight to solve tough business questions rather than relying on surface-level data. Beyond consultancy, she leads the 'Innovation Gym' training program to embed innovation capabilities within organizations and co-founded the non-profit STEM Untapped to support under-represented teens. She is currently co-authoring the book Untapping Innovation, slated for release in June 2026.
