Suzanne Allers is a Co-Founder & Partner at Untapped Innovation, a consultancy bridging the gap between hard science, consumer insight, and market success. With a PhD in Chemistry and a Natural Sciences degree from the University of Cambridge, Suzanne spent 15 years as a Principal Scientist at Procter & Gamble. There, she pioneered the 'Technical Product Story' methodology, a framework now widely used by FMCG brands to connect technical claims with compelling consumer narratives. Since co-founding Untapped Innovation in 2012, she has helped R&D and marketing teams at global giants like PepsiCo, Unilever, Estée Lauder, and Reckitt develop breakthrough products and avoid late-stage rework. Suzanne is also the co-founder of STEM Untapped, a non-profit connecting under-represented teens with diverse role models. Her debut book, 'Untapping Innovation: An R&D Playbook for Products and Stories That Sell,' launches in June 2025.
